The sport of running and the art of coaching runners has been going on since the early 1900’s. Nearly everything that has to be known about running has pretty much been known and well documented. There is no smoke and mirrors to the know-how.
We believe that nearly anyone can attain the skills required to teach others how to lead runs, train and disseminate knowledge with safety in mind.
If you like coaching, why not pull up your sleeves and practice in our small groups session?
House of Runners has setup a unique opportunity for passionate sports enthusiasts to get involved in pro bono running volunteer work. Under the guidance of experienced runners, enthusiasts will practice leading, speaking and delivering performance run training.
Perhaps this can be your first experience before pursuing a coaching certification?
